Our Founder - Brandon T. Hamilton is a lifelong Eastern Kentuckian who built his career on hard work, persistence, and real-world experience. Before practicing law, Brandon spent more than two decades owning and operating small businesses, giving him firsthand insight into how decisions affect people and families. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Brandon began his legal career in insurance defense, learning how insurance companies evaluate claims and work to limit payouts. Today, he uses that inside knowledge to stand up for his clients, hold insurers accountable, and fight for fair results. Brandon believes in being accessible, prepared, and personally invested in every case—because when clients trust you with their problems, you show up and do the work.

Emilee Hamilton – Marketing Director & Paralegal

Emilee Hamilton plays a key role at Hamilton Law as both our Marketing Director and a Paralegal. A graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Emilee went on to earn her MBA from Northern Kentucky University and also spent time enrolled at Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law. Her background blends business insight, legal training, and client-focused thinking.As both a professional and a driving force behind the firm, Emilee is deeply invested in our clients, our mission, and the community we serve.

Willie McCoy – Office Manager & Paralegal

Willie McCoy is the glue that holds Hamilton Law together. As our Office Manager and a seasoned Paralegal, Willie brings an abundance of experience in customer service, management, technology, and legal support. He is the heart and soul of our office, leading our team with steady leadership, professionalism, and care for our clients. Willie is family, and we’re proud to have him guiding our day-to-day operations and setting the tone for how we serve the people who trust us with their cases.

Amy Brown – Paralegal

Amy Brown brings heart, grit, and a team-first mindset to Hamilton Law. A graduate of Morehead State University with a degree in Legal Studies, Amy never backs down from a challenge and always puts clients first. Before joining our firm, she built a successful career in management and sales with a Fortune 500 company. That experience shows in her work ethic, organization, and ability to handle high-pressure situations while keeping clients informed and supported.

Amber Reynolds – Legal Assistant & Receptionist

Amber Reynolds is often the first voice you hear and the first face you see at Hamilton Law. As our Legal Assistant and Receptionist, Amber greets every client with warmth, calm, and a reassuring “we’ve got this” attitude. She is dedicated, dependable, and truly client-focused, making sure every person who contacts our office feels heard, supported, and taken care of from the very beginning. Amber is an invaluable part of our team and our client experience.
